Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales by managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The role demands strong consultative selling skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive primary sales by effectively managing inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct detailed project presentations, articulating value propositions aligned to customer needs
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups and relationship management
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on proposals, pricing, and investment potential
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams (CRM, marketing, legal, and finance) for closure and documentation
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and sales funnel metrics within CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales/business development; Infrastructure exposure preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales cycles and customer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership, drive, and result orientation
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven, high-engagement environment
